Is there an equivalent to the "Complaints Book" when dealing with companies and online purchases.
Purchased a Fridge freezer from Redcoon.es which was delivered by Seur and it was damaged in transit by Seur. Redcoon say yes the product is damaged badly and we will change. Everyday for a week they ask me to stay in and wait for Seur but they don't turn up. All I keep getting is they have a problem with Seur and are talking internally. Today they just refuse to answer my questions.
Is the complaints book the correct route to go?

Please help.
